State Supreme Court Justice Lyle Frank earlier this month issued a permanent injunction against the City of New York, blocking implementation of the profit-driven Medicare Advantage plan Mayor Eric Adams and the heads of the Municipal Labor Committee had hoped to impose on retirees. The Adams Administration is appealing the decision.
